How to register/Login

Untuk melakukan registrasi/login, pada bagian kanan atas anda dapat melihat pilihan registrasi dan login, klik pada bagian tersebut atau anda dapat klik Registrasi / Login .

To do the registration/login, you may see the option on the top right corner, click on it or you may click here Registration / Login .

 

I am unable to log in.

If you unable to log in because your password is not accepted/wrong/forgot the password, you may click on "Forgot Password", then put in your email address and click on "Recover". Afterward, you will receive an email for a link to change the password. You may follow the instruction on the email./

 

I want to close my account

How to check on user profile?

If you already registered on the pasarindukbali.com website, then you will have a user account.

You may check it on "My Account" page, by clicking on the top right corner.

On this page, you may update your information, your order information, change your password, and review history you have uploaded before.

 

 

SHOPPING

Instruction to buy on Shopping Cart

  • After getting into Shopping Cart, please check on your quantity of grocery on the "Qty" column, you may change manually if you want to add the quantity.
  • Afterward, fill in the column "Delivery Date Request" as desired (if needed)
  • Choose your shipping location
  • if you have voucher code or gift card code, please put in to get discount.

 

How to see the grocery list

Click on "Shopping Cart" at the top right corner, afterward, you will be directed to Shopping Cart page, where you can reorganize the grocery list.

 

I want to delete the item/product in the Shopping Cart

Give marks on the column "Remove" at the item that wants to be deleted, then click on "Update Shopping Cart".

 

How to re-order the product you've been purchase before?

  • Click on "My Account"
  • Click on "Order" menu
  • Click "Details" at the right side of Order Number (on the product you want to re-order),
  • At the bottom, click Re-Order
  • You will be directed to the Shopping Cart page and able to do the next process.

 

How to propose Return/Refund

For refund or return product, you may read Term and Condition that applied.

For return product or exchange, you may ask for a form of product exchange/product return and fill in right away to be carried by the courier.

You may fill in the form online that you can access at:

  • My Account (you must log in first)
  • Order
  • On the order section you want to exchange, click "Return Item"
  • Fill in the form and follow the next step
  • On the form, fill in the amount you want to return on the column "Qty. to return"
  • Put in the reason of product return on the "return reason" column, action wanted upon your request, and the comment you want to propose.
